Freeze Rentals, LLC is owned by Rixa Freeze, a former professor at Wabash College who now lives in France. She and her husband love renovating and restoring old houses. They had their share of good and bad landlords during their student days, and they strive to be the best landlords possible. They want to give you a beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained place to live.

They are currently training their daughter Zari in property management.

Avec son mari, elle se passionne pour la rénovation et la restauration de maisons anciennes. Ayant connu des propriétaires plus ou moins compétents durant leurs études, ils mettent tout en œuvre pour offrir les meilleurs logements possibles. Leur objectif : vous proposer un lieu de vie agréable, paisible et bien entretenu.

Leur fille Zari participe actuellement à une formation en gestion immobilière.
